כחלק מהפעילות העסקית בגיאורגיה, רכשה החברה לפני מספר שנים את מועדון הכדורגל דילה גורי, שמשחק בליגה הבכירה בגיאורגיה. את העונה האחרונה סיים המועדון במקום השלישי והשיג את הכרטיס המבוקש למפעל האירופאי בעונה הבאה.

המועדון מתמחה בהבאת שחקנים צעירים ומוכשרים, השקעה בהם ברמת הקבוצה והפרט, טיפוח היכולות המקצועיות והמנטליות שלהם ולבסוף מכירתם למועדונים בחו”ל ברווחים גבוהים.

מרכז עסקים בטביליסי

חברת לש”פ שותפה במרכז עסקים יוקרתי בלב טביליסי.
מדובר בבניין לשימור היסטורי משולב באדריכלות מודרנית, אשר הופך אותו לאטרקטיבי מאד עבור חברות מקומיות המעוניינות לשכור משרדים במיקום מרכזי ונח.

התכנון הוא להרחיב את הבנייה לקומות נוספות על מנת להוסיף לבניין גם מלון בוטיק.

חברת TLS

מכבסה תעשייתית המשתרעת על פני כ- 2,000 מ”ר עם טכנולוגיות מודרניות, בשילוב כח אדם של עשרות עובדים, המשמשת כנותנת שירותים בלעדית לכ- 50 אחוז מבתי המלון בטביליסי.

פרוייקט CITYBOX

פרוייקט עירוני ייחודי ברחבי העיר טביליסי, של 36 ביתני נוחיות חדשניים המפוזרים בנקודות אסטרטגיות ברחבי העיר והשימוש בהם בתשלום. חברתנו נבחרה לביצוע הפרויקט לאחר מכרז קפדני מבין חברות בינלאומיות רבות.

צוות החברה היה אחראי בצורה בלעדית על תכנון האסטרטגיה ובניית תכנית העסקית למיזם, עיצוב המוצר, בחירת ספקי העבודה, ליווי תהליך הייצור, שינוע בינלאומי והקמת הביתנים בשטח.

בנוסף, הראייה העסקית הבלתי פוסקת שלנו כחברה, הביאה לכך שבמוצר עצמו הוטעמו אלמנטים יצירתיים כמו הקצאת שטחי פרסום לחברות מסחריות ושילוב של מכירת מוצרי מזון ומשקאות (הגדלת רווחים עבור השותפים בפרויקט).

סטארי הינה סטארט אפ טכנולוגי מתחום הכדורגל המבצע מהפכה בעולם הסקאוטינג והדרך בה מתגלים שחקני כדורגל מוכשרים מכל רחבי העולם.

אנו מחברים בין אוהדי כדורגל, שחקנים ומועדונים מובילים על ידי יצירה ואיסוף תוכן כדורגל מרתק מכל רחבי העולם. יש לסטארי רשת של מועדונים שותפים אירופאים, משחקים בטורנירים בינלאומיים ונוכחות חזקה באפריקה. לסטארי רשת קשרים ענפה באפריקה, כולל אנשי שטח, שאחראים על איסוף דאטה מצולמת, נתונים אודות שחקנים, טורנירים ואקדמיות.

נציגות TBC INVEST

Invest הינה חברת בת בבעלות מלאה של בנק TBC מגיאורגיה הפועלת על פי חוק החברות הישראלי. בשנת 2011 הובלנו מהלך של הקמת החברה המשמשת כנציגות של בנקTBC בישראל, ומציעה שירותי מתן מידע אינפורמטיבי ללקוחות פוטנציאלים המעוניינים לפתוח חשבון בנק ב-TBC.

FC Dila Gori

Several years ago, as part of the business operations in Georgia, the company has purchased the football club FC Dila Gori, playing in the country’s Premier League. Dila finished the last season in the 3rd place, getting the coveted ticket to European clubs tournament this season – UEFA Europa Conference League.

The club specializes in purchasing young talented players, investing in them on the team and personal level, cultivating their professional and mental abilities, and finally selling them to foreign clubs for high profit margins.

Citybox Projects

A unique urban project of 36 modern comfort pay-per-use pavilions spread around strategic locations in Tbilisi. Our company was selected to undertake the project after a thorough tender between many international companies.

The company’s team was exclusively in charge of strategic planning and creating a business plan for the project, product design, contractors’ selection, supervising the production process, international transportation and erecting the pavilions on the ground.

Additionally, following our company’s business guidelines, we have implemented creative elements in the product itself, such as allocating advertising spaces for commercial companies and adding booths, selling food and beverages (increasing profits for the project partners).
